#ICYMI: Shopper robbed by three armed men in Fourways
FOURWAYS – The Douglasdale Community Policing Forum encouraged community members to stay safe and be aware.
A woman was allegedly followed from Parktown to a shopping centre in Fourways and robbed by three armed men today, 31 October.
This is according to a Facebook post by the Douglasdale Community Policing Forum (CPF).
The post read that the incident took place at around 2.40pm.
“As the victim exited her car she was approached by three armed men demanding her jewelry,” read the Douglasdale CPF’s Facebook post.
“We are approaching the festive season and criminals are likely to increase their opportunities to commit crime. Please stay aware and please be safe.”
Earlier today, there was a shooting incident at the Kyalami Corner shopping centre on the corner of Main Road and the R55 in Kyalami.
