Spend your Mandela Day helping the Green Neighbourhood clean up Diepsloot wetlands

DIEPSLOOT – If you're looking for a meaningful project to do this Mandela Day, read here!

Join the Green Neighbourhood Project for 67 minutes on Mandela Day for a wetland cleanup in Diepsloot on 18 July.

They also invite plumbers to help replace 67 leaking taps and toilet cisterns in the area. Companies and individuals are welcome to assist on the day or to sponsor taps, cisterns or fencing and playground equipment for a new playground.

Meet at Diepsloot Mall at 11am to travel together to the Ext 2 pedestrian bridge for the cleanup.
