Chocolate takes the lead this Easter at a cooking demo at Hirsch’s Fourways

FOURWAYS – Hirsch's and chocolate team up this Easter.

 

Chocolate took centre stage at Hirsch’s Fourways’ cooking demo led by Kim Shelly Colvert from Hornbill Creations.

“Colvert showed us four amazing dishes from cashew cherry and chocolate squares to a chocolate explosion mug and a flapjack stack with cream, strawberries and chocolate and finally we had the pleasure of entertaining the little ones with cupcake decorating,” said Sharron Dingle of Hirsch’s Fourways.

Colvert specialises in cooking courses for domestic workers and anyone who needs cooking lessons.

Everyone had loads of fun on the day and went home with new chocolate knowledge.
