Bryanston will experience a water stoppage on 22 March

BRYANSTON – Bryanston residents can expect to go without water on the afternoon of 22 March due to the installation of a new bypass valve in the area.

 

A water stoppage can be expected in most parts of Bryanston at the end of the month.

The planned water stoppage has been announced by the City of Johannesburg and is scheduled to take place on 22 March from 4pm to 6am. The reason for the water stoppage is to install a new bypass valve.

Water tanks will be placed at the following locations:

  • On the corner of Anchor and Chester streets – Bryanston Ext 5
  • On the corner of Conduit and Westview streets
  • On the corner of Kays and Cypress streets – Bryanston Ext 3
  • On Blackwood Street – Bryanston Ext 3.
