A new 4,000sqm Lifestyle Centre for Evergreen Broadacres

There is a new development in the Fourways area which is set to take retirement lifestyle in a different direction.
The Amdec Group has broken ground for a new 4 000m² Lifestyle Centre at its popular Evergreen Broadacres.
Arthur Case, chief executive officer of Evergreen Lifestyles said, “We are delighted that the latest addition to our thriving Evergreen Broadacres village in Gauteng will welcome residents from 2017 from its proud new position flanking the lush green belt which runs through Evergreen Broadacres.”
Evergreen Lifestyle is a national retirement lifestyle brand and a division of the Amdec Group.
The resort-style facilities will be developed as part of the centre, including a gym, indoor heated pool, restaurant, TV lounge, bar, salon, library, and games room. It will also incorporate a separate 2 000m² health care centre including a frail care facility.
Demonstrating their strong sense of community, over 100 Evergreen Broadacres residents attended the launch of the new Lifestyle Centre, participating in its sod-turning ceremony to commemorate the start of construction.
Graham Langmead, head of the residents’ committee at Evergreen Broadacres said, “We are delighted that our new, permanent clubhouse is now becoming a reality. It adds to our village and builds on the already strong sense of community that has been a feature of this village from the start. Our secure country living integrates seamlessly with its surrounding neighbourhoods, with the likes of Fourways Mall and Broadacres Spar close at hand.”
