25 injured after rollover collision
DOUGLASDALE - 25 people were injured following a roll over collision on the N1 highway after William Nicol on 20 September.
Spokeseperson for EMER-G-MED Max Cohen said, “Paramedics arrived on the scene shortly before 7am to find that 25 people had been injured after a light delivery vehicle lost control and overturned.”
He added, “Paramedics immediately set into action and set up a triage area, where the injured patients were assessed and treated on the scene.”

Once stabilised the 25 patients, who sustained minor to moderate injuries, were transported to various nearby medical facilities for further care, 22 of which by EMER-G-MED.
The exact cause of the collision is still unclear and is being investigated by local authorities.
