JOBURG – South African celebrity, Phumeza Mdabe has a caring heart and has joined the Childhood Cancer Foundation SA (CHOC).

South African singer, model and TV presenter, Phumeza Mdabe, recently joined the Sandton-based Childhood Cancer Foundation SA (CHOC) as an ambassador.

Having experienced childhood cancer firsthand with her two-year-old son, Phumeza is thrilled to be afforded the opportunity of being part of the foundation and is very keen to assist in creating awareness about the disease and the early warning signs of childhood cancer.

“We are delighted and greatly welcome Mrs Mdabe to the team, being a public figure, she will assist CHOC in getting the word on childhood cancer out there and motivating the parents of the newly diagnosed,” said the foundation’s spokesperson, Zelda Zukiswa Jacobs.
