Joburg Water informed residents of a water outage around the following Lonehill roads, Crestwood, between Glenny and Essexy, Glenny Close, Franschhoek Road and Etterby Close, from 8.30am to 3pm on 6 April.
Restoration of water supply will take place between 3pm and 5.30pm.
The reason for the outage is pipe replacement.
Joburg Water wishes to remind residents that level two water restrictions are still in place in Joburg.
This means, residents are reminded to:
- Not to water and irrigate their gardens from 6am and 6pm every day.
- Not to fill their swimming pools with municipal water.
- Not to use hosepipes to wash their cars and paved areas.
