Mrs SA finalist gives treat to cancer survivor and caregiver
FOURWAYS - A cancer survivor who resides in Fourways and her caregiver were afforded a treat by Mrs South Africa finalist Rebekah Krossynski.
The two were given a facial, massage and pedicure.
“This would be a give back from us, to really appreciate the life we have, help her feel good about herself and proud that she has conquered cancer,” said Krossynski who is co-owner of a beauty spa in Fourways.
The Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa) expressed gratitude to Krossynski for her support of cancer survivors.
“The Mrs SA pageant is proud to support our organisation, the Cancer Association of South Africa as their beneficiary for the competition. With this, all the Mrs SA finalists have to support the Cansa cause,” said Esti Lindner, marketing and communications co-ordinator of Cansa.
The association did not disclose the identity of the cancer survivor or her caregiver.
