Guests enjoy launch of Italian restaurant
BROADACRES - Guests were invited to the official launch of Locanda Rossa, an Italian restaurant in Broadacres shopping centre.
The day saw guests tasting the cuisine prepared by the restaurant’s chefs with their concept of square pan-cooked pizzas which are unique to the country.
The restaurant is the third to be opened in the chain founded in 2010 by Ezio Nichele who has a passion for food and experience as a chef and restaurateur in Italy and South Africa.
Nichele opened his first restaurant in Bedfordview in 2010 and the second one in Greenside in 2013.
