Generations actor responding well, still at Millpark hospital

DIEPSLOOT - Two men were killed and four others injured after two vehicles collided on the N14 near the R55, near Diepsloot on Sunday night.

Generations The Legacy actor, Rapulana Seiphemo, is reportedly doing well, after he was involved in a crash near Diepsloot on Sunday night.

According to City Press, Seiphemo’s family released a statement, following a major surgery on Monday.

Seiphemo was admitted to Milpark Hospital following the accident, in which two people died.

Enca has reported that actor Rapulana Seiphemo was one of the injured people. The website has said the Generations The Legacy star is in hospital and is expected to undergo surgery.

According to ER24, when paramedics, along with other services, arrived on scene, they found one vehicle in the middle isle of the road while the other was found amongst some bushes on the side of the road. Paramedics said each vehicle had three people in it.

On assessment, paramedics found that two men, one from each vehicle, had sustained fatal injuries in the collision. Unfortunately nothing more could be done for the patients and they were declared dead on scene.

ER24 released a statement which said four other patients were found on scene, two of them critically injured. “Paramedics treated the patients and provided them with advanced life support interventions,” the statement reads.

Once treated, both critically injured patients were airlifted by a private medical helicopter to nearby hospitals for urgent treatment.

The two remaining patients were transported by ambulance to nearby hospitals for further treatment.

Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
