Help find missing loved ones

JOBURG - Missing Children SA has released a list of missing children they would like communities to assist in finding.

 

  •  Yolatha Mbasa is a 16-year-old with the nickname Mayoyo. He was last seen on 31 July at 11am in Leboeng Section in Tembisa. He is mentally ill. He has brown eyes, short black hair, is 1.6m tall and has a slender build. Mbasa was wearing a grey T-shirt with red long sleeves, blue jeans and blue takkies at the time he went missing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Tembisa Police Station on 011 926 2970.
  •  Fred Jackson (17) was last seen at his home on Gordon Road in Kibler Park. He has brown eyes and hair. He was wearing a navy blue jacket and black jeans at the time of his disappearance. Contact Mondeor Police Station on 011 433 5400.
  •  Hluvuko Shilenge (14) was last seen on 4 July at his home on Bruce Street in Hillbrow. He has brown eyes, short black hair and is short and slim. Shilenge is mentally ill. He was wearing a green and black striped T-shirt and blue jeans. Anyone with information should contact Hillbrow Police Station on 011 488 6511.
  •  Kristen Kruger was last seen in July this year at her home in Edenvale. The 17-year-old has green eyes, brown hair, and a slender build. Kruger has a Zen Cats tattoo on her upper thigh. Anyone with information can contact Edenvale Police Station on 011 483 4613.
  •  Temon Fontein (11) was last seen on 1 August at 2pm at his home in Brixton. He has brown eyes, black short hair and weighs 48kg. Temon was wearing a black top with blue stripes, blue tracksuit pants and black sandals. Anyone with information can contact Brixton Police Station on 011 248 5500.
  •  Christoffel Johannes Nel (54) went missing on 31 July. He was driving a silver Renault Megane, PFJ 172 GP, in Nigel. Anyone with information can contact Nigel Police Station on 011 812 6517.

Missing Children SA requests that people distribute the flyers on social media or print them out and put them up where people can see them.

The organisation has some good news – the search for three adults has ceased as they have been found Poonam Bhukan and Riaan Harmse safe and unharmed, while James Malone was found safe in a hospital.
