Friends of the Bryanston Library host book sale
BRYANSTON - The Friends of the Bryanston Library are holding their monthly book sale on 29 August.
The book sale kicks off from 9am and wraps up at 12 noon at the Bryanston Library.
Books on sale start from R15 each. Story time for the youngsters starts from 10am to 10.30am in the children’s library section.
Karen Corbett of Friends of the Bryanston Library said, “The children love being a part of the group during story time.”
She added that the Friends of the Bryanston Library has made a special request for secondhand children’s books which will be donated to local crèches and nursery schools in the area.
“Books may be handed in at the book sale or given to the librarians,” said Corbett.
