Sunflower Fund stages a charity golf day in Kyalami
KYALAMI - SUNFLOWER Fund held a successful charity golf day at Kyalami Golf Club to raise funds for patients suffering from leukaemia and other blood-related diseases.
Event organiser Heather Wild, said 44 teams participated on the day and the majority of participants walked away with prizes.
Monument Toyota team snatched the best team prize. The team comprised Jonathan Stephenson, Jurgers Pretorius, Bradley du Plessis and Bobby Stephenson.
“It was a fun-filled day where everyone walked away with something,” said Wild.
In a bid to save lives, the Sunflower Fund is a non-profit charity organisation that aims at building the South African Bone Marrow Registry.
