The publication intends to assist South Africans to improve lives and further assist them in building their wealth. The author of the book, Caroline Marwisa, is a qualified chartered accountant with over 10 years of financial service work experience. She is affiliated with top financial institutions in South Africa and is passionate about personal development.

Marwisa saw it imperative to write the book which provides insights into managing personal finance and building wealth. This book comes to light in an age where the average working individual is heavily indebted, savings levels are low and many retirees do not have sufficient funds saved for retirement.

“While personal finance impacts on all important areas of life, most individuals lack the knowledge and the tools to assist them to manage their finances and grow their wealth,” said Marwisa. “Sometimes even when the knowledge is available, certain behavioural attributes inhibit individuals from making the choices that will grow their wealth.”
