Nine injured in William Nicol taxi accident

FOURWAYS - There was an accident involving a taxi and a car at the corner of William Nicol Drive and Robert Bruce Road in Fourways on 11 May.

According to Emer-G-Med, it is alleged that a taxi driver did not obey a stop sign and collided with a BMW.

On arrival paramedics found that nine people had sustained injuries in the collision.

The injuries ranged from minor to moderate.

All patients were treated on scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.

There are currently four ambulances on scene.

There are reportedly multiple injuries.

There was a fatal motor vehicle accident at the corner of  William Nicol Drive and Peter Place in Bryanston, also heading towards Sandton at 11:30 pm on 10 May.
