Galencia says it’s all about community

CRAIGAVON – DESPITE prior furore regarding the planned activities at Galencia Propertys’ open day, organisers felt that the day was a resounding success, even though the scheduled fireworks display did not take place. Marketing manager Vivian Li, was pleased with the turn-out of residents who came to see the development on 14 March.

“This has been quite a big event for us,” stated Li.

“We received a lot of good feedback from the community. Our original plans to have a fireworks display had to be changed because neighbouring residents did not agree with it, so we opted for a family-orientated fun day, which was very successful, nonetheless.”

Amid fun fair rides and face painting, children also received T-shirts and parents could relax on deck chairs under the trees while watching their children play with the clowns, who provided even more entertainment.

“Many residents came to stop by to see what was happening today and we are very glad to be part of the Craigavon community,” added Li.

“We want to hear their concerns regarding our developments so we can know what to improve on and what we can avoid in future.”

Li said they had received many blessings from residents and that the property group was grateful for the positive response they received from the open day. “We always aim to have good relationships with our neighbours and good rapport with residents.”

She concluded by saying that their developments were built with an emphasis on family and community.
