Be wildlife wise with Gekco

KYALAMI - The Greater Kyalami Conservancy will host a talk-and-tea session on gardening for wildlife on 14 February.

According to the chairperson of the conservancy Kristen Kallesen, the walk will be held at the Glenferness garden. She said, “With a forest walk, man-made wetland, grassland and even a fynbos section, this garden is full of ideas and is bursting with life. The owners have kept a close record of all the species planted and the birdlife and wildlife attracted.”

Kallesen encouraged members of the community to join in. The cost of the session will be R50 and will run for two hours from 10am.
