Vehicle pile up on the Witkoppen bridge
FOURWAYS - There was a multiple vehicle accident on the Witkoppen bridge, above William Nicol Drive on 14 January.
According to Emer-G-Med whose paramedics were on scene, the first incident was an overturned vehicle on the Witkoppen bridge, heading towards Montecasino.
Another vehicle then knocked into the overturned vehicle.
Emer-G-Med said that two people were injured in the multiple vehicle accident and have been transported to hospital.
One of the people involved was treated on-scene for a serious back injury.
