  1. I think it might be abit more complicated than that I live across the road and there was a 15 min gunfight with many different guns and the amount of blood at the scene it couldn’t only be the driver as the passenger seat door is covered in blood

  2. I also live accros from there and woke up at about 3am hearing the shots, it lasted a while and the car chase went through the intersection twice, was peeking through my bedroom window

  3. I live at a major intersection on witkoppen road and the gun fight that happened outside my backwall at 3AM sounded like a little more than just a few shots being fired at a vehicle. rapid firing was heard and screeching tyres, sirens etc,so close to our residence I was concerned for stray bullets.

  4. I too live accross the road from this and it woke my girlfriend and I at around 330AM, lasting around 15 minutes and I could also hear 3 distinct weapons in use, one being an automatic of sorts.

  5. Was woken up by more than 20 shots at 3.35am. At 3.43am shooting started again – 6 shots followed by a barrage of shots – too many to count

  6. I heard this going on..must have heard between 20-30 shots (I’m surprised that the guy survived). I live in Paulshof, and assumed that someone had escaped from Leeuwkop Prison and was on the run. You could hear about 2 different types of shots/2 different types of guns being fired. Must have lasted a good 20mins.

  7. there were more than 20 shots fired in witkoppen near the garage at Riverbend/décor park is this part of the same incident ?

  8. It seems they are 2versions of the story ,Randburg police they have their own and iam trusting Douglasdale version its more clear and straight.
