Fourways High awards fundraisers

FOURWAYS- Fourways High School held their awards ceremony for their debutantes and squires programme.

The Fourways High School debutantes and squires programme for 2013/2014 drew to close at the beginning of February.

Jodi Selesnick, marketing manager for Fourways High School, explained that pupils in Grade 11 and Grade 12 worked with exceptional zeal and dedication to raise valuable funds for the school.

These funds would be used to purchase various educational equipment for the school.

It is customary to announce the top fundraiser at the end of each programme at the awards ceremony; the top debutante and top squire, as well as the top ten fundraisers, were acknowledged and rewarded.

Jared de Magalhaes was named top fundraiser and squire while Shannon de Vries came in second as was named top debutante. Kayla Selesnick came in third.
