Unity College is a special needs school based in Fourways which caters for pupils from the age of six to 20.
On the day of their swimming gala there was amazing support from parents, who arrived all kitted out to support their children’s sports teams. There was also a great showing of school spirit from the pupils who shouted out war cries and willingly participated in all the events.
The Blue Cranes won the overall event and the Red Bishops won the spirit trophy.
Luc Valtchanov, Kaelo Wessie, Shariq Kisten and Nkosana Mvuyana won awards for being the most enthusiastic swimmers, and Dino de Abreu and Alyssa Gambold won best swimmers of the day.
