Adorable Ark puppies need to be adopted

CHARTWELL -ARK Animal Centre in Chartwell has some healthy and adorable puppies ready for adoption.

MIRACLE BABY: Mr Kennedy is a nine week old male Great Dane and Sharpei cross.

The Fourways-based centre is the leading animal rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing shelter in South Africa. They are a non-profit organisation that specialises in the homing and care of puppies as well as pregnant dogs.

Tracy Otto, manager of Ark Animal Centre, said the adoption fee of R900 included inoculations, a rabies shot, de-worming, and sterilisation when the puppy reaches six months of age.

Some of their star puppies include Mr Kennedy who is an usual cross between a Great Dane and a Shar Pei; and Scooter who adores water and often swims in the dam at the shelter.
