SUNNINGHILL - If happiness is like a warm blanket, then four communities must be beaming.

Over the course of four Saturdays, members of the blanket drive collected donations from residents with the help of Chilli Lane Shopping Centre in Sunninghill, Plovers Realty and City Hill Church.

The funds went towards buying blankets for underprivileged communities and were handed out by some members of the blanket drive team over a two week period.

Kaalfontein community received 20 blankets, Rabie Ridge Creche received 54 blankets, Tembisa and Rabie Ridge Early Childhood Developments received 41 blankets and two blankets were distributed to Olievenhoutbos.
