Winter Country Market family fun

The animal feed company is using the day to unite the community and give back to those in need.

There’s a chance to enter a potjiekos competition with caterer Mark de Wet as the judge, and a chance to win prizes and donate to charities by selling the food to raise funds.

Weird and wonderful animals will also make an appearance, such as exotic Alpacas and Great Danes.

While children play on the jumping castle or do arts and crafts, adults can relax in the tea garden and browse the 70 food stalls. There will also be plants, herbs and books. Charities Animals in Distress, Cresset House, the Lions Club and the SPCA will also exhibit stalls.

The market is from 9am to 2pm.
