This year, participants will not only enjoy an array of treats but will also be contributing to a heartwarming cause, thanks to the efforts of Irene Homes.

In a unique twist, these goodie bags are not just filled with race day essentials but are a testament to community spirit and purpose. Packed by the dedicated individuals of Irene Homes, a non-profit that champions individuals with intellectual disabilities, these bags promise more than just goodies. They symbolise support and empowerment.
Inside each bag, runners will discover an assortment of self-care items, from Bic Soleil razors and Glade air fresheners to Kotex Maxi pads and Revive Collagen. For those looking for a post-race snack, the bags offer Future Life oats, SPAR marshmallows, spices, and Hug in a Mug, complemented by a SPAR Rewards card for additional savings.
Adding to the sense of achievement, participants will also receive a medal in the form of a keyring, serving as a constant reminder of their accomplishment.
