“Toyota SA, through their generous sponsorship, enabled us to produce a spectacular show. Thank you to the athletes, the grooms, horse owners, and the spectators without any of whom this show would not have been possible. To the KPC team: You are amazing, and I take my hat off to you. Your hard work made all the difference.”

Glenn Crompton, vice president of marketing at Toyota South Africa Motors, said they are delighted with the incredible success of the 2024 Toyota South African Championships. The event was a spectacular showcase of top-tier horsemanship and competitive spirit.

“We extend our deepest gratitude to all the participants, organizers, and supporters who made this event unforgettable. Congratulations to all the winners, and we look forward to raising the bar at the Derby.”

The final event of the Triple Crown, the Toyota SA Derby, will take place on October 3. The rider with the highest points across the three rounds will win a brand-new Toyota Crown. Achieving the Triple Crown means the same horse wins all three major titles in a single year.
