When she showed up all the teachers were happy and they wanted to know everything about her journey.

Jessica Holland Dainfern College made a name for herself in the big papers by taking her career further after she left the institution. Jessica Holland was Dainfern College’s head girl from 2009. The institution thought catching up with one of its alumni was a delightful experience.

Jessica Holland said: I started my educational journey at Dainfern College, where I served as honours counsellor in prep school and later became the head girl in high school. I pursued academic excellence at Rhodes University, earning membership in the Golden Key Honorary Society. This led me to the University of Sydney, where I completed my Master of International Business Law in 2013.

Holland visited the school to also show her son where her journey began.

My professional path began in Australian financial markets, ranging from private equity to founding my own business, Tau Media Pty Ltd. In 2018. I embraced motherhood and pursued a postgraduate degree in psychology during my maternity leave while nurturing my business. Today, I collaborate globally across sectors such as tech, mining, healthcare, and biotech. I also serve as a media journalist for ‘small caps’, interviewing founders and CEOs of publicly listed companies.
My success is rooted in the values instilled at Dainfern College, emphasizing creativity, potential, fortitude, discipline, accountability, and integrity. These principles guide my career, reminding me of the importance of respect, the common good, and continuous inspiration from fellow entrepreneurs and visionaries.

The school is so proud to see one of their learners succeeding and they wish the same for all their learners.
