Fourways Gardens Estate celebrates women with a brunch
Fourways Gardens Estate hosts an inspirational Women’s Day networking brunch.
Kerrin Bain is an Ontological Life Coach and has been living in Fourways Gardens Estate for 20 years. During this time, she lost two children to cancer, a tragedy that led to her starting the Childhood Cancer Foundation of South Africa (CHOC)- and the linked fundraising organisation, The Cows, which has raised R40 million over the past 15 years.
This phenomenal woman was the guest speaker at a networking brunch attended by over 60 ladies at The Gardens Bistro in Fourways Gardens Estate.
Kerrin shared insightful information about the perception of life and our chosen way to respond. She also spoke about the importance of breathing exercises and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®), a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
Ladies at the brunch were invited to supply their business and service information, and sponsor prizes to promote what they do. This led to a fantastic morning of networking, meeting new people and learning new skills.
A delicious harvest table put together by The Gardens Bistro, along with refreshing mimosas, made for an inspiring and enjoyable morning at the estate.
Given the success of this inaugural Women’s Day Networking Brunch, this will definitely become a regular feature of an already jam-packed annual events calendar at Fourways Gardens Estate.
