Fourways Review asked community members if they think the cabinet reshuffling will bring any change to the country.

Genevieve Windt: I don’t think a change or anything would help because South Africa would always be corrupt. I don’t see that the president will make any difference now if he couldn’t make it before.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced his new cabinet to the nation. The Fourways Review asked community members if they think the cabinet reshuffle will bring about change. This is what they had to say…

Nonjabulo Ndlovu: The president must also be out of the cabinet. They must remove everyone and start with new people.
Danice Moloi: There will be no difference at all, the reshuffling of the cabinet will never solve any problems.
Antonet Mathe: I think it will bring change. if you can change candidates every now and then, it will make them fear and do good. Corruption will decrease as well.
Ntsika Mdlangaso: I don’t really follow politics because I feel like the government is not helping us in any way, so I just think everyone should focus on making their lives better.
