Daily Bread non-profit organisation founder nominated for top awards

The founder and chairperson of Daily Bread non-profit organisation Charmaine McGinley believed that her nomination in this year’s Conscious Companies Awards was an acknowledgement from members of the public for the good work that they did.

The awards will be held at The Venue Green Park in Sandton on October 25 and are a badge of honour in recognition and celebration of visionary ethical leaders who steer their organisation to create conscious leadership capacity and align people, planet, profit and purpose in service of all stakeholders.

The Fourways-based non-profit organisation helps feeds thousands of people in different parts of Region E and also helps empower local youth through skills development.
“I feel honoured to be nominated in this year’s Conscious Companies Awards. We don’t even have an idea who nominated [us]. I am very humbled by the fact that people recognise the good work we do every day to help people with different kinds of needs.”

McGinley thanked all those who have helped her organisation to reach out to the needy in different ways.
