Locals enjoy great music from renowned blues guitarist Dan Patlansky

Fourways music lovers enjoyed Dan Patlansky’s hour-long live music performance.

Renowned South African blues guitarist, singer and songwriter Dan Patlansky has promised his fans more full-band shows after a two-year-long break as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Patlansky wowed his fans during his live one-man show in Fourways at the launch of Bootlegger Coffee Shop at Design Quarter Shopping Centre on September 29.

Dozens of people came out to enjoy the hour-long performance.

Patlansky said, “It’s just great to be back on stage after a long break as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. It always makes me feel good to perform in front of my music fans at home. This was one of many winter shows that I’ve staged this year.”

Patlansky said his fans can expect a number of his full-band shows from October.

Business coordinator at Bootlegger Coffee Company, Alex van den Heever said the show was aimed at celebrating the arrival of the popular coffee brand into the Johannesburg market.
