SA Eventing Championships hosted a Bark in the Park fundraising event at Inanda Country Base in Kyalami.
Community members came out in their numbers to walk their dogs in the park on September 4 to support the SA Eventing Championships horse riding competition that will be held from November 25 to 27 in Kyalami.

Fundraising event organiser Patrick Brown said they had raised R38 000.
“We hosted this fundraising event today to raise funds for horses and horse riders from the Eastern Cape and those from the Western Cape. This year, we will have more than 150 horses [and riders] participating in the championships.
“We invited people to come and enjoy a walk in the park with their dogs while enjoying good live performance music from our guest artists. We also had more than 35 vendors who bought permits to sell and exhibit in today’s event.”
Brown urged members of the community to come out in their numbers to support the SA Eventing Championships event in November.
