Polo chic with a burst of colour was the theme of the day at the second annual Standard Bank Polo in the Park at Steyn City on April 30.

Attendees were treated to a luxurious afternoon, two polo matches and plenty of entertainment. The first polo match was a curtain-raiser between Inanda Polo Club and East Rand Polo Club. After a close match within the four chukkas, Inanda emerged victorious with 14 points to East Rand’s 11 points.

The second match was the highlight for all attendees as it featured the headline teams of Standard Bank and Steyn City. Hosts for the day, Steyn City, came out on top after winning by 12 points to 8 in their allotted five chukkas.
