Early Christmas for children at Witkoppen Clinic Orphans and Vulnerable Children’s site
DIEPSLOOT– Business development manager at Witkoppen Clinic said, the clinic established Orphans and Vulnerable Children’s site in the year 2000 to help take care of vulnerable children after school hours.
Witkoppen Clinic in partnership with Johannesburg Primedia Instore staff members hosted a fun day for orphans and vulnerable children in Diepsloot.
According to the business development manager at the clinic Dagmar Kahn, the clinic established an orphans and vulnerable children’s programme in 2000 to help take care of vulnerable children after school hours.
“The Primedia Instore team brought delicious pizza and soft drinks for the children to enjoy. The team also donated various toys, such as hula hoops and soccer balls for the children to enjoy long after the festivities of the day were over,” she said.
She added that the team also took the opportunity to play different games with the children and everyone had a delightful day, enjoying the yummy food and the sunshine.
“As a token of appreciation, the children performed several dance routines for the Primedia Instore team. This day was impactful for the children as many don’t often have the privilege of eating pizza or playing with brand new toys.”
