Foley shares his new year’s message

Ward 94 councillor David Foley shared his message and hopes for 2021.

Foley said for 2021, he would like to see a heightening of bylaw enforcement in his ward with a complete elimination of littering and erection of illegal advertisements that have become serious issues.

He added that he would also like to see a greater level of law and order pertaining to traffic management.

In terms of Covid-19, he hoped to see a whittling down of the new cases countrywide to zero. He urged residents to remember to wash their hands, use hand sanitiser when out and returning home, respect social distancing protocol with at least 1.5m between people and wearing a mask. He said, “The coronavirus will still be with us for some time.
“I would like to wish each and every one in the ward a very prosperous New Year and hope all your aspirations and dreams come true, just never give up hope on this beautiful country of ours.”
