Honda SA extends service plan and warranty

A few weeks ago we brought you news on the fact that Audi South Africa has extended its service and warranty plans to account for the lockdown period. We hoped that other manufacturers would do the same and one indeed has, Honda.

Honda South Africa offers a range of entry-level vehicles such as the Brio and Amaze which are popular amongst those looking to enter the car market. They also cover a range of SUV’s and sedans and then there is the brilliant Honda Civic Type R. Honda also produces a host of motorbikes and marine products to name but a few. One thing however that Honda is known for is the fact that it has built a reputation in offering reliable cars however reliable as they may be, they still need to be serviced.

Honda South Africa has taken note of the current lockdown situation in South Africa and has implemented a few plans to help assist Honda owners who may have reached the end of their Honda Service Plan during the lockdown and that their products were due for service during this particular time. They have also taken into account the fact that some owners may have needed repair work done to their cars during this time however the warranty expiration date was reached during lockdown to this effect, Honda South Africa has decided to assist these customers by extending their service plan and warranty for the duration of the lockdown.

Honda customers can visit the Honda South Africa website to view the terms and conditions relating to the service plan and warranty extension, or to book a service at their nearest Honda dealership which will be carried out after lockdown.
