Multiple people injured in a collision

Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to a collision on the corner of Witkoppen Road and Kingfisher Street in Douglasdale in the early hours of Thursday morning, 11 July.

Emer-G-Med released a statement which said that reports from the scene indicated that there was a partial head-on collision between two vehicles.

According to a statement, “Multiple patients were being treated at the scene.”

It is unclear whether the patients needed further medical attention by being transported to the hospital as the spokesperson of Emer-G-Med was unavailable when contacted.

Local authorities were present at the scene for further investigations.
