The Aitken and Boden Hockey Tournament is a schools hockey tournament that has been running for a few years and sees school-aged hockey teams compete. The U15 hockey boys did very well at this year’s tournament by winning the semifinals of the tournament, eventually competing for the third and fourth place against Monument. They finished in fourth position overall in the tournament after they lost to Monument High School 3–0 in the third and fourth place play-offs.

The 1st team participated at Aitken where they opened their account with a 1–0 loss to Rand Park High, in the second match they showed character and went on to beat Waterstone College 2–0. The win against Waterstone was a motivation to the boys as they went on to reach the final of the tournament after winning their next four rounds of matches. Thanks to their efforts, the 1st team had beaten four schools to reach the final of the tournament which they unfortunately lost by a single goal to nil. The 1st team finished the tournament in position two overall.

The school is proud of the boys for their wonderful achievement.
