Spotlight on customer service at monthly ladies’ network in Fourways
PINESLOPES – The ladies networking meeting at Hirsch's Fourways recently welcomed Georgie Colling as a guest speaker as they discussed customer service.

Hirsch’s Fourways recently hosted their monthly ladies’ network morning with guest speaker, Georgie Colling, who spoke about customer service and doing it the Georgie Girl way.
“One of my clients who changed their business strategy, got eight appointments, four referrals and doubled their revenue in one month,” she said.
Colling started the session by sharing her tips and talents, prompting thoughts and strategies. It was a fun and interactive session which included an exercise where each guest had to write down the things they accomplished in April, what fear held them back and one word that described their month.
The networkers were given the opportunity to present themselves and their businesses in a 60-second elevator pitch. This was followed by a lucky draw, networking, sharing of business cards and enjoying refreshments.
