Douglasdale police are looking for a 26-year-old woman, known as Kim Aissatai Mwila, and a 34-year-old man, known as Saidi Nzyimana and who also uses the names Saidi Ali or Numviyuko Ali.
A statement issued by the office of the station commander of the Douglasdale Police Station, Brigadier Samuel Thambo read, “The police believe [the two people] can assist with information regarding the investigation of a case of kidnapping of a 50-year-old man and extortion that took place on 2018-08-04. The victim was last seen around Primrose area.”
