Furry friends from 4paws are looking for family
DIEPSLOOT – Here are some of the dogs and cats available for adoption from the 4paws Animal Shelter.
The 4paws Animal Shelter in Diepsloot is currently housing about 200 cats and 40 dogs, many of them looking for their forever homes.
“The adoption process is relatively easy,” explained Tammy Lemmon, the chief carer at the shelter. “You email us for an adoption application, fill it out and send it back to us.”
The shelter will also complete a home check, to make sure that where you live is appropriate for your new pet to be healthy and happy.
“There is an adoption fee of R700 for adult cats, R900 for adult dogs and kittens and R1 110 for puppies, which includes sterilisation and vaccinations – then you can collect your fur baby!”
