Want to be part of the next Tammy Taylor Mrs South Africa pageant? Their annual roadshows for a call to entry and information sessions include Johannesburg.
The dates are as follows:
- 16 to 18 February: Cape Town
- 24 February: Johannesburg
The roadshow will allow South African married women between the ages of 25 and 50 to interact, learn and be mentored by the Mrs South Africa team and get the opportunity to meet the reigning Tammy Taylor Mrs South Africa, and Fourways resident Nicole Capper.
Each information session will also include a special question-and-answer session focusing on the Mrs South Africa opportunities one gains should they enter.
Mrs South Africa is much more than just a pageant. It is a female empowerment programme that celebrates South African Women.
The Mrs South Africa movement showcases the virtues of South Africa, the spirit of Ubuntu, and the real relatable women of our country.
Gone are the stereotypes that do not match the individual, bearing the burden of a crown of ideals being placed upon their head diminishing the power of their womanhood to the stigma of unattainable beauty, but instead showcasing the true beauty that shines from within and celebrates every woman in her unique femininity.
The programme was created for married women who would ordinarily not have such a platform to compete and be ambassadors for South Africa on a global scale. The opportunities and platform that have been created for Mrs South Africa entrants are significant in every way and truly creates a ripple effect across our beautiful country.
Through the journey of Mrs South Africa, women find themselves again and learn that they are never too old to follow their dreams and become voices of change.
We all know Mrs South Africa entrants are wives, in some cases mothers, some are entrepreneurs, and most are change makers.
