At approximately 7am on Wednesday morning, 3 January. Netcare 911 responded to reports of an attack to staff in Bridle Park, Sun Valley.
Tebogo Magoro, marketing and communication officer for Netcare 911, said reports from the scene indicate that a family of three were leaving work for home when they were pushed off their bicycle and attacked.
“The father (40) sustained injuries to his left knee and shoulder as well as both hands. The daughter (2) [sustained] abrasions to her forehead and the mother sustained no injuries,” said Magoro.
“They were transported to hospital.”
The police were on scene investigating the incident, said Magoro.
