A run in the park for David Foley

Ward councillor David Foley completed his 100th Lonehill parkrun recently and is excited to share his accomplishment with his community.

He feels strongly about health and fitness and wants to be an example to those around him. “I encourage all residents to join the parkrun team every Saturday morning at 8am from a fitness perspective,” he said. “Spring is on the way, come get into shape for summer and bring the whole family and your dogs for some fun and exercise.”

The Lonehill parkrun takes place at 20 Lonehill Boulevard.
