Lend a happy hand with Friends of Free Wildlife in Kyalami

KYALAMI – Read about how you can do your bit to contribute to wildlife.

Friends of Free Wildlife will host another volunteer orientation day on 1 July at 9am at the new rescue centre in Kyalami.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years or older and are required to complete their orientation at 1/193 Maple Road, after which they will work shifts of four or five hours once a week, either from 8am to 1pm or from 1pm to 5pm.

“We are looking for dedicated people who are serious about making a commitment to our wildlife. These volunteers will find that working at our centre is extremely rewarding. Volunteers are not paid, not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless,” quipped volunteer manager, Wendy Brodie.
