Montecasino’s reward cardholders, media, influencers, socialites and winners of a Montecasino Facebook competition enjoyed a sneak preview of the brand-new Marvel Comics movie, Logan: The Wolverine at Movies@Monte on 2 March.
With the official worldwide release of the movie on 3 March, Montecasino saw it fit to host the much-anticipated blockbuster.
To sweeten the blows that the movie promised, the guests were treated to a red-carpet experience and each was served a decadent chocolate dessert.
Logan: The Wolverine is a 2017 American superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character Wolverine, played by Hugh Jackman.
The film, distributed by 20th Century Fox, is the 10th instalment in the X-Men film series, as well as the third and final Wolverine film, following X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) and The Wolverine (2013).

It was directed by James Mangold, who co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Frank and Michael Green, from a story by Mangold, and also stars Patrick Stewart, Richard E Grant, Boyd Holbrook, Stephen Merchant and Dafne Keen.
The film follows a past-his-prime Logan embarking on a road trip across a dystopian future America for one final mission. It takes its inspiration the graphic novel Old Man Logan by Mark Millar and Steve McNiven.
