Unity College hosts sports day

CHARTWELL – Unity College hosts its first sports day.

Unity College, an independent special needs school situated in Chartwell, held its first sports day on 21 May.

Although the sports day was originally set to be held on 14 May, it was cancelled due to rain and postponed to the following weekend. The day proved to be well worth the wait as the event turned out to be a huge success.

Unity pupils were beyond excited and their war cries could be heard throughout the Chartwell North Estate area.

Of the many awards handed out on the day, pupil Liam Share won the Intermediate Field trophy and Red Bishops House took the Spirit Trophy. All participants were given a medal.
