Fourways Crossing under construction

FOURWAYS – The Fourways Crossing shopping centre, a destination of choice in the broader Fourways area for the past 17 years, is in the process of receiving an extensive upgrade.

The R100-million refurbishment and extension of Fourways Crossing commenced in October last year and will extend the centre to 51 000m² upon completion.

In addition to the Viva Gym and Eagle Falls Spur restaurant, the new stores include Typo, iFix, Footgear, Europcar, Coricraft, Factorie, Cotton On and a new Fournos Bakery. A further 1 500 m² of new retail space will be added.

Shoppers can be comforted to know that Pick n Pay, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Toys R Us, Mr Price and HiFi Corp will remain as anchor tenants in the exciting tenant mix.

The refurbishment is due for completion in April next year.

While every effort is being made to keep any inconvenience to an absolute minimum, the owners would like to express their gratitude to tenants and local residents for their loyal support during the upgrade.

All stores will continue trading during the refurbishment and no construction will take place during the peak festive season.
