Christmas cooking to impress family and friends

Residents can take part in an in-depth cooking demonstration which will teach them how to impress their friends and family by cooking an amazing Christmas feast.

The one-and-a-half hour class will include a starter of roasted sweet potato soup served with freshly baked beer bread, a main of de-boned chicken with a brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and raisin glaze as well as a fennel and baby tomato salad, and a dessert of festive semi-freddo.

The demonstration is free of charge, and will commence at 9am sharp. Bookings can be made prior to the demonstration.
